Delivery and Postage
First class delivery is charged at £3.50, for addresses with UK post codes.
Orders shipped to European locations outside of UK - please contact us.

Despatch and Delivery Times:
In stock items will normally be despatched on the day of order or the following day (Monday - Friday).

Orders are despatched by Royal Mail. Once despatched orders usually arrive in 1-3 working days First class (UK post code addresses). If your order has not arrived in 10 working days from despatch please contact us.

Payment - PayPal Secure Server
Your order will be encrypted and sent via our secure server. You can pay using your PayPal account if you have one or you can pay by credit/debit card. Your credit/debit card payment will be processed using PayPal secure server.
Note -You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your Credit/debit card.

Returns Policy
If any product you receive is damaged or different from the product ordered JEMs Sewing will provide a full refund within 30 days (including delivery costs - where applicable).
We request that the product(s) are returned to JEMs Sewing Centre.
Your statutory rights are not affected

Right to Cancel
You have a right to cancel any order from the time the order is placed to 7 working days after receipt of your goods. If you exercise your right to cancel any moneys paid (including delivery charges where applicable) will be refunded within 30 days. We request that the product(s) are returned to JEMs Sewing Centre at the address given at the top of this page at your expense, if the goods are not returned JEMs Sewing will have the goods collected and deduct the cost of collection from any refund due.
You can cancel your order by phone 01227 457723 (BT standard rates apply) or email stating your order reference number and name.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about the service you have received or a product please direct it to the Complaints Department. Contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
